Registration as a trabalhador independente with the Portuguese tax authority is under way. The identification above is complete as it stands: article 10 of Decreto-Lei n.º 7/2004 asks for the provider's name, the address at which it is established, an electronic address and a tax identification number, and all four are published.
Tax on the Pro add-on. It is sold with Stripe as merchant of record, so the tax on your purchase is charged, declared and paid by Stripe rather than by the provider — see section 3 and section 5 of the Terms of Use.

Portuguese law does not require a site to identify its host. This is published because Vercel both serves these pages and processes the anonymous usage statistics on the provider's behalf — the Privacy Policy sets out the legal basis, the retention and the transfer safeguards. The details above are the ones Vercel makes available on its own privacy policy.
The optional Pro add-on is sold through Stripe acting as merchant of record: for that transaction Stripe is the seller, takes the payment, charges any tax due where you live, and issues your receipt. A question about a charge, a refund or an invoice is answered fastest there.
One honest limit on that sentence, because it is not universal: Stripe assumes the indirect tax in roughly eighty countries, and not everywhere. Where a purchase falls outside that coverage, the transaction is a plain Stripe payment and the publisher named in section 1 is the seller. The licence to use the add-on's features is granted by the publisher in either case — see section 5 of the Terms.
Write to the email address in section 1 first: most things are a misunderstanding and are fixed the same day. If a purchase is involved, Stripe is the seller under section 3 and its own complaints and refund process is the fastest route for anything about a charge.
Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. Portuguese law gives you a national electronic complaints book, free to use, which reaches the competent authority directly:
Alternative dispute resolution. The provider is not currently bound to any RAL entity by adhesion, and none is imposed on it by law. Consumer dispute resolution entities are nonetheless available in Portugal and are listed by the Direção-Geral do Consumidor; if you are resident elsewhere in the EU, your own country's entities are open to you too.
You may also go to court; none of the above takes that away, and none of it costs you anything.
The Music Waveform name, logo, interface, copy and source code belong to the publisher. The source code is not published; if that changes, this notice will say where and under which licence.
The open-source software and typefaces this site serves — including one library under a copyleft licence, which carries an obligation the publisher owes you — are listed with their notices on the licences page.
Nothing restricts what you do with a video you export: no watermark, no licence on the output, no attribution asked. What you do need is the right to the audio you put in.
Trademarks. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; TikTok of ByteDance Ltd.; YouTube and YouTube Shorts of Google LLC; Premiere Pro and After Effects of Adobe Inc.; Final Cut Pro of Apple Inc.; DaVinci Resolve of Blackmagic Design Pty Ltd. They are named on this site only to say which aspect ratio suits which platform and which editor will open an export. Music Waveform is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
What the site does and does not collect is on the Privacy Policy; the conditions of use, including everything about the Pro add-on, are in the Terms of Use.
